Below is a list of the styles of apartments that we offer.  However, over the years each apartment has taken on a style of its own, so we ask that you drop by for a visit and see what unit best fits your needs.

All of our units have a nurse call switch in each unit.  Also, they are separated by a 10 inch thick solid block wall for superior fire and sound proofing.  Every unit is maintained by Plaza De Retiro.  This ensures that each unit is in top notch mechanical shape when you move in..

This unit is intimate and I ideal for one person that does not want a lot clutter in their home.  It has a full sized kitchen dining area.  Also a full sized bath that connect to back bedroom with a walk-in-closet that has more than adequate space.

This unit is our most occupied and it rages in size from 780sqft to 1200sqft.  The floor plans provide for large living area.  Also each unit has bath in the master bedroom.

PdR Casitas have become very poplar and they offer tradition southwester living.  They are defiantly  a jewel in our crown.  The casitas are all adobe construction, with aspen T&G ceiling.  Typically laid in a herringbone pattern  They have exposed  vigas (beams).  The walls 10 inches thick and they offer superior insulation.  Warm and cozy winters and cool and comfortable summers.  It is not hard to see why we are building more.

This unit Has very large living dining area that allow for the extra room needed while cooking.  Two people can live in this unit very comfortably.  It has a full sized bath and pantry.  Each bedroom has optimal closet space and larger windows provide well illuminated bedrooms.
