Your service fee covers the maintenance cost of your apartment. We you have something that needs repair just fill out a work order and on of or friendly maintenance staff will be down and fix the problem. If you have a light bulb burn out not only will we replace the bulb but we provide the bulb.
During the course of a year our grounds team mows your lawn, waters the common areas, rakes leaves, removes snow, dumps trash and may other household chores that will become a thing of past when you move to Plaza De Retiro. |
